[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] I have installed the plugin … what now to make it a menu item ?

Hi, I just have installed the plugin and it gave me a url for the sitemap, but how do I make this a menu item ? Do i have to make a page and insert a shortcode ?

Is it even the intention to make it a menu item or is it just in the background for the search engines. Because I looked at it and it is not an intuitive sitemap for a user to read … is there an option to have a user friendly version as well to be put as a menu item ?
