   Google Webmaster is complaining that they do not allow off site urls to be included in the sitemap, and I have 5 that keep showing up. I am aware you can exclude pages, categories and such, but how do I exclude just the offsite urls... they are on more than one page.
   Most of the off site URLs are located on my menu which shows up on every page.

   It would be great if external links could be filtered out automatically by Google XML Sitemaps. I use Page Links To plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/page-links-to/) so have a number of off-site links cropping up.
