   Hi,

   it will generate sitemap entries for everything. If something is missing, check that all options are activated on the plugin admin panel.

   Hi,
   You can not generate the category wise sitemap by this plugin. However, if you want to generate a sitemap including category pages too, then you can use SEO by Yoast plugin. Here is how to guide in details.
