I installed this wonderful plugin and had it works with WPMu.
But...
The paths of the page into the sitemap are subdomain based (and I have a domain mapping on each blog), which is a problem for the SEO.
2nd question : my sitemaps are being downloaded... not displayed.
The xsl is found... don't understand why !

Just an add to my previous post.
When I call http://www.mydomain.tld/sitemap.xml, the urls of the sitemap are subdomains based.
When I call http://www.mydomain.tld/wp-content/blogs.dir/17/files/sitemap.xml, the ulrs are domain based
In this case, domain.tld is a domain mapped to domain.mainsite.tld
