   Hi!
   I am trying to resolve the following error messages that I am receiving in Webmaster Tools after submitting my sitemap to Google:

   /sitemap.xml - No errors.

   /sitemap_index.xml - the following 2 errors:

   1. General HTTP error: 404 not found
   We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit.

   2. Sitemap is HTML
   Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.

   I setup the sitemap with default settings. Am I submitting a wrong location, and if so how do I determine the correct location? Do you have any suggestions! Thank you!
