[resolved] [Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] Google Sitemap Generator - Static Pages Not Added (6 posts)

I have several static pages on my server in the wp directory that are not being added to the sitemap.

    http://www.blog.businesswithgreg.com

    1 page is added though:
    web-site-link-directory-index.html

the following are not and I need them to be:
    web-site-link-directory-finacial-services-1.html
    web-site-link-directory-finacial-services-2.html
    web-site-link-directory-finacial-services-3.html
    web-site-link-directory-other-1.html
    web-site-link-directory-other-2.html
    web-site-link-directory-other-3.html
    web-site-link-directory-real-estate-1.html
    web-site-link-directory-real-estate-2.html
    web-site-link-directory-real-estate-3.html

Could is be due to creating this page:
    web-site-link-directory-index.html

Then copying the page to create the rest of the url's? Do I need to change the title in the pages or something of that nature for them to be added to the sitemap?

I got them in there. Just had to manually add them within the plugin settings.

I had the same problem and solved the same way.

    But... isn't this a bug?

What's the point of having automated the sitemap generation and having to build part of it manually? Makes no sense...

Maybe there is a conflict with some other plugins...

I just tried deactivating all other plugins. Still have to add manually the static pages. Hope this is solved some day... then the plugin will be exactly perfect.

I have this same problem, the sitemap generator is only making a sitemap for my index page. My website is only pages, no posts, so the sitemap submits only one URL and not the URLs of all my other pages.

I had to disable the plugin and write the sitmap.xml by hand and resubmit.

Interestingly, on another website I have, I am using this same plugin. It consists 100's posts and 2 static pages. The 2 static pages ARE included in the sitemap (posts 20% priory, pages 60%), so there is something perhaps going on with my new site.

I notice that this thread is marked as 'resolved', but there is no solution mentioned here about how. Could someone please post here the answer?

    Much appreciated

Oh, one more thing. I had to disable the plugin because everytime I make changes to my site, the plugin updates my sitemap with only the index URL on it.
