   Some plugins might need post_title to build the permalink and I managed to fix it at https://github.com/tszming/google-sitemap-generator/commit/05e91bf1337f9da7949292107502deddced53cfc

   Also, the plugin should consider the charset when doing query (related to the above issue as post_title might contains non English): https://github.com/tszming/google-sitemap-generator/commit/30f9fdeaaa33ae4f226cd5bfed5abb662156bbd7

   I would appreciate if you can merge these changes into the trunk, since this plugin is quite easy to use and reliable. (Unlike other sitemap plugins which have ton of settings but difficult to use)
