Not many settings .. Even a crack head could use this plugin... :)
But there are NO PURPOSE to use it... The whole FUZZ about sitemaps for media is to host your own movies - If you find it valuable. If you only publish crap-videos ... Keep using videohosts!
So this plugin should support SELF hosted videos / media!
