   Installed, clicked the "generate" button, clicked the link to test but I get an error page.

   You may find depending on your host - ei FatCow has this problem, that the plugin does not have write access to your root webhosting directory. In this case create a blank text file called "sitemap-image.xml" and upload it to your root directory and give it permissions of 755.
