I just installed this plugin and tried to build the sitemap.xml file and got this error:
"The last run didn't finish! Maybe you can raise the memory or time limit for PHP scripts"
So I set the memory limit to 4M and the execution time limit to 20. Now, how do I re-run the script to write the file?

Just give it a second. I found that after I'd post, then come look at settings->xml sitemap gen it would give me that message too. but then I'd go look at my blog for a second, comeback (sometimes literally only 1 second) and it would then say it was complete and submitted.
