   I am running GWO4W on my self-hsoted WordPress blog (2.9) for both A/B and MV testing and I have no issues. It's essentially the same but with MV testing WordPress wants to remove the </noscript> tag required by Google; you have to instruct WordPress not to correct invalidly nested HTML under the writing panel.
