[Plugin: Google Plus WordPress Widget] How do I get my Google widget to look like this?

I’m using Google+ widget on my site http://www.wildnavigator.com and the widget does not show “Add me on Google+” area and “Add me to circles” button.

I want it to look like the one here – http://heatherbuckley.co.uk/ complete with auto scrolling text. How do I achieve this? The widget settings do not show anything like this.
