This plugin adds an advertisement to your site when enabled for an online casino. It does not appear to provide any functionality in regards to online maps. How do I report it and get it removed from the plugin listing?

This plugin adds an advertisement to your site when enabled for an online casino. It does not appear to provide any functionality in regards to online maps. How do I report it and get it removed from the plugin listing?
Reported.
Plugin was also a straight up ripoff of the http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-google-maps/ plugin anyway, with inserted spam.
Plugin removed, author banned.
