This is a nice plugin but it’s missing support for information bubbles at certain zoom levels.

I have to zoom out a few levels to be able to click on the markers to see the information bubble.

Also, it’s missing the ability to add information to the marker (like a store name). It just displays the address. This is not very useful for setting up something like a walking tour.

I also wish it had the ability to select a different marker easily like Comprehensive Google Map Plugin (which doesn’t have the ability to plot routes).

For added info, my selected zoom level was 15 and I have a custom size of 740×350.

I had to zoom out to around level 10 for me to be able to click on a marker for an info bubble to show up.

Additionally, the first marker can’t be clicked, no matter what the zoom level is.

I think I see the problem. It appears that there are two markers per location. There is a default red one and then there is a green one labelled A, B, C etc depending on the position it was added in the route.

Sometimes the green one is superimposed on top of the red one, which is clickable. But sometimes the red one appears on top of the green one, which is not clickable.

Apologies for all the posts but I’ve figured it out.

You cannot add markers AND a route. It is one or the other. So:

    – If you want custom text in the bubbles, add markers.
    – If you want a route, do not add markers.

Please update your plugin description. Thanks!

    Marking this as resolved.
