  • Hi fbcclinton,

When you click on the buttons, does nothing happen? I’ve not seen this problem before. What browser are you using? And if you have another one available, is the problem the same in both?

If so, please try also the test page and see if the issue happens to you there.

I also recommend you clear your browser cache/temporary internet files, just to be sure you’re starting with a clean slate.

Let me know what you find out and I’ll help further if I can.

I’ve tried it on Safari, Chrome, & Firefox as well as on another computer and have the same problem with all of them. I tried the test page link you posted and it works fine for me.

The page is located at http://theclintonchurch.org/the-new-horizon/

I’m pretty sure the problem is on my end. I just remembered a problem that I had with a plug-in before with it’s breadcrumb links not working. They were in the same location in the content area. I think it’s some kind of overlapping div.

BTW, the page doesn’t look good on Firefox. Only a small portion of the pdf is visible. Are there known problems with Firefox? I haven’t tested on IE.

It was some overlapping sections on my page. I could see the buttons but they were not accessible because of my header.

Glad you figured out the issue. In order to view more of the PDF you’ll have to use a pixel height – looks like something in the area of 715px on the page you linked to. 100% height doesn’t do what you think it will do, at least not with that theme’s style sheet. You can just add height="715px" to the shortcode of that one if it doesn’t work the same for other documents.
