I checked out your page in all the browsers I have available (including IE9, but I don't have a Kindle...) and the document loaded as expected. You may find switching to the Enhanced Viewer will rectify your local problems getting IE to load correctly. Sometimes you can switch it back after that point and it continues to work, but this is not necessary.
If you continue to have problems, please send a support request via the support link in your plugin list. This will include the environment information and I can try to reproduce the problem as completely as possible.
