[Plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress] Tracking code appears twice

Hi,

I’m getting the tracking code appearing twice on my blog. I can’t figure out why, but it means that I’m getting zero data passed through to Analytics.

Also, ‘Track full URL of outbound clicks or just the domain?’ question is asked twice on the settings screen, though the second time the drop down refers to the whether the script should be in the header or footer.
