   I set it to appear in the footer. i'm using a commercial theme and it does have this line in the footer:

   <?php do_action('wp_footer'); ?>

   But the tracking code doesn't appear as well as the the advanced options when checked. Any ideas on getting this working?

   using wp 2.5.1

   ok, i logged out and viewed source, and I see the tracking code.

   Still cannot see the advanced options in the plugin settings. When checked, they simply don't appear. I do see a flash of something, like a red arrow graphic, but then it dissapears. Is this a bug in 2.5.1? Please advise. Thanks.
