   My Error log is being filled with the following notices:

   [30-Jan-2012 00:40:52] PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in /.../wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/googleanalytics.php on line 1125
   [30-Jan-2012 00:40:52] PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /.../wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/googleanalytics.php on line 1131
   [30-Jan-2012 00:40:52] PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_HOST in /.../wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/googleanalytics.php on line 1135
