[Plugin: Google Analytics for WordPress] Analytics warning message within html – what is it???

Hi everybody
I was checking the html of my landing page to see if Analytics code was placed properly and i found this string:
<!-- Google Analytics tracking code not shown because users over level 11 are ignored -->
What does that mean? Is the code alright or not? And if not, what am I supposed to do to fix this problem?
