Google Analytics for WordPress
Analytics plugin interfering with lightbox plugin (1 post)

    Good Day,

    I use a lightbox that is part of Yootheme's widgetkit.

    Use this page to observe the issue. If you click on the map (on the right), that should normally load an image in a lightbox.

    The relevant code is as follows:

    <div><a href="#inline2" data-spotlight="on" data-lightbox="transitionIn:elastic;transitionOut:elastic;"><img style="border: 1px solid black;" src="http://indulgencetours.blob.core.windows.net/videos/images/maps/NT-RouteMap.jpg" alt="Northern Territory Map" width="238" /></a></div>

    and

    <div style="display: none;">
    <div style="width: auto; height: auto; overflow: auto;">
    <div id="inline2" style="width: auto; height: auto; overflow: auto;"><img src="http://indulgencetours.blob.core.windows.net/videos/images/maps/NT-RouteMap.jpg" alt="Northern Territory Map" /></div>
    </div>
    </div>

    Note this is only an issue for inline lightboxes. And ones like the below work fine...

    <a href="http://images.hertz.com/vehicles/220x128/ZEAUFWAR999.jpg" data-lightbox="width:auto;height:auto;">Kluger</a>

    Any suggestions on how to get this working?

    Obviously I can just disable the google analytics plugin (which fixes the issue) and use another approach but I thought this might be worth asking about, in case there is something simple I should do, or just to raise awareness of this issue.

    Many thanks,

    Ben
