[resolved] Google would never detect code! (6 posts)

    I configured the code, it appeard in the header but after a full night, google would still not detect it...
    I eventually put the code myself in the header of my theme and it worked within seconds.

    Hi hyzteric - when you did this, didn't happen to do a compare of what was different? ie, what GA was outputting, and what you manually coded in?

    There is actually a Google Analytics debug tool- I ran it over your site and there were no errors (there is an old call we are removing in the next version of GA)

    Meaning you may have the wrong UID set?

    Hi I did this at the time I wrote the post.
    I did a compare and did not really see what was different.

    The call was not exactly the same as the one provided from google. But it seemed right :-/

    I know this doesn't help a lot...
