   EOM ...

   the [translate] link appears on top of every page, and the language flags pop up, but nothing happens after it is clicked. Simple as that.

   The EXACT same thing is happening to me!

   Apparently, reading other posts in the forum, it doesn't work with WP 3.3...

   The closest alternate solution is to use Google translation with their widget, so you can put this code into a text widget or something like that:
