This plugin didn't do anything at all, except give me some options on the admin panel. There were no flags or other translation options I could see on my test blog. It didn't even change the permalinks.

Posted 1 year ago #I'm having the exact same issue, and that's with the PRO (paid) version. Says it has cached 6 pages but nothing is ever shown to the visitor, and I even tested from an IP in Germany myself and saw nothing.
