    I was playing around with this plugin and doing a lot of work to get it setup for use on my site, when I received and email from a Gigya sales rep who wanted to discuss the licencing fees. Apparently it costs $1700.00 a month to use?!
    If this is the case why isn't this made clearer to people BEFORE they download and setup this plugin? I'm not so happy that I spent a lot of time setting this up only to have to abandon using the plugin.

    Hi !

    I heard the same about the premium member-ship costs for Gigya.But I don't understand that ...what we can get with that membership?What are the advantages with the membership which we spend $1700 ?Would you please let me know if you have any Idea on it?

    I like the Gigya Login and other components.But I don't have idea on the limitations of free membership.

    I want to view the customization you made with that.So that I can get some idea why they asked $1700 .Would you please give me your URL which Gigya was implemented or mail me at asshu [at] in [dot]com

    Thanks !

    The Gigya service is free for evaluation purposes or limited non-commercial use of 1,000 or fewer users. We state this on the create account page, in the member agreement which can be found on the registration page, and in the email we send out upon registration, but we would be happy to hear your feedback on placement.
    The service also includes 24/7 service monitoring, a client services manager and team that provide implementation support including design work and development consulting, as well as ongoing optimization support to ensure clients get the maximum value from the service.

    I've been running comparative WordPress builds between JanRain and Gigya and even at the free/educational/NFP level, Janrain offers around another 1500 or so OpenStack registrations before payment cycles start.

    Gigya, at least on WordPress, doesn't seem to provide the same level of mature login integration that I've seen elsewhere.

    As an aside I found a bug of sorts in the Gigya build today. One of my customers moved their FB email account / page integration and since the Gigya account is linked to that (now) archiac email, it broke the entire authentication sequence without telling me - basically disabling all social media functionality.

    @Etay

    Thanks for your response!

    Glad it works with latest wordpress versions.But the limit of 1000 user registrations and the fees of $1700 is a bit high.however I love this module and it gives a highly attractive feature to my Website.

    I hope their support staff may help you if you ask the same question on their official support forum.They are pretty active on the support forums for a week.

    Thank you!
