[Plugin: GetResponse] Don't know how to format popover and onsite signup form

Hi all. My site is http://copywow.com

I have a popover prompt as well as a fixed onsite box for joining my mailing list. I pulled them in from my getresponse account using a wordpress widget.

The popover is native and preformatted, but the onsite is unformatted and just has the signup box.

For the onsite, I’m having trouble finding the html code I can use to format it.

For the popover (wait 12 secs, turn your blocker off) The intro and ebook title get un-italicized, and the subhead bleeds into the email prompt. You’ll see what I mean. Any attempts to format it from the site have been unsuccessful.
