   Hi

   Thanks for the plugin :)

   Quick question, you say that the plugin does not alter the dashboard and is accessible via the direct link. But this does not work. I tried both links http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin and http://www.mywebsite.com/?wp-admin$no_redirect but neither one is working, it still redirects me. The no_redirect works on other pages but not on the admin login page.

   Please help

   Have you tried this kind of URL http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/?no_redirect
   You should have no_redirect parameter in your link and it will not redirect for sure. I suppose, you entered wrong url.
   To access plugin page try this http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=geo_redirect&no_redirect
