   Please, is it possible to display only particular state/country/location (and other places would be for instance gray or white)? Thank you in advance.

   It is possible in 1.3beta1 to limit the locations displayed. I've added some documentation for that:

   http://code.google.com/p/wordpress-geo-mashup/wiki/BetaDocumentation#Query_Variables

   To change the marker appearance based on those variables would require some custom coding.
