[Plugin: Gengo] Empty posts list after 2.9.2 upgrade

Hi,

I found that if you upgrade to 2.9.2 you will not see any posts under Posts->Edit anymore. It seems, that it is caused by gengo.

To fix it I have replaced the following line in gengo.php

function manage_posts_columns(& $post_columns) {

with

function manage_posts_columns($post_columns) {
