Genesis Subpages as Secondary Menu

    Hi. Thank you for this awesome plugin.
    I found a strange issue with the studiopress enterprise theme (don't know if it happens also with others).
    As you can test here: http://new.studiosas.it/attivita-e-servizi-alle-imprese/ submenus of the secondary menu (generated by the plugin) are slightly shifted to the right. That doesn't happen with a manually generated submenu with the plugin deactivated.

    Wow, I can't believe this issue was in there. The plugin was dropping the menu items in there as list items but they didn't have a ul wrapping around them.

    I just updated the plugin to wrap the output in a ul and make that filterable (in case you want to change the class or ID).
