Andrea: I would have, but the plugin wasn’t, and still isn’t, listed as one you can specify support for, under: “Select Topic Prefix.” Nor is it listed as an official plugin on http://www.studiopress.com/plugins. What’s the dividing line: Contact StudioPress forums for any Genesis plugin listed in the WP Plugin Directory?

    Travis: Thank you.

    Joe,

SP moderators and members are usually the developers of the various plugins and someone from StudioPress will also reach out to the various plugin developers to get a response for you.

Generally speaking, though, if not listed in the forum, add the comment to WordPress.org. Since WordPress announced and brought their Notifications system to light, I have subscribed to all my plugins as have many plugin authors, which will result in faster service and help.

On the other hand, @andrea_r is a superb help and if she asks you to post there, it’s always helpful to do so.

    Thanks,

    Travis

It’s not listed on our site as it’s not an *official* plugin.

Sometimes it;s just faster to post at SP because we can see it sooner and alert the author. (Travis, in this case.)
