   The settings section does not show up for me, using a default installation of wordpress 3.4.2 with no other plugins or themes.

   I too am having this issue. I'm also using WP 3.4.2 with no other plugins. Would love to have an answer to this, as I think this plugin would be perfect for my project!

   Are you using the Genesis framework? It says in the description that this plugin only works with Genesis and Genesis child themes.
