Generate Cache
Is it me - W3TC (2 posts)

I am using the plugin with w3 Total Cache but for some reason I can't seem to get my entire site to cache properly.

    http://www.windows8update.com/

It has close to 1800 posts and a lot of tags.

A lot of it is cached but for some reason there always seems to be clumps of pages that just never seem to cache (they do after I click but..)

Maybe I am expiring my w3tc page cache too soon?

I thought the generate cache plugin would cache my entire site?

My folder is pointing to /home/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/w3tc/pgcache/

    Thanks for the help...

Couple of things you might check.
    1. The one you mention - W3 Cache expiry
    2. Are all the URLS that are not being cached in the sitemap? Cache systems usually need a list of pages/posts to cache and usually. (Note not GC but the actual cache plugin)
    3. Check your cache folder setting - this thread helps http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-generate-cache-cache-folder-location-with-w3tc?replies=4
I'm interested to hear if this helps
