Hi, I am using Magic fields and have several custom fields created. Is it possible to integrate these custom fields with custom Taxonomies Tools?
What I mean is, can I make these custom fields have custom taxonomy?

Magic fields are not compatible with taxonomies in WordPress. With new versions of WP (2.8 and later, especially 3.0), flutter and all similar plugins (like magic fields) are obsolete and they will only cause problems since they are used for something that is now implemented in WP.
Thanks for your advice.
Should I use Custom Post Type UI instead of Magic Fields to get the results I want? Can I create Custom pages with this?
Hi, I'm new to wordpress but it sounds like your talking about something I'm looking for, or at least maybe you can tell me if Magic Fields or Flutter can do what I'm looking for. I just want a simple way to add a publications menu/catalog (not for ordering, just viewing) which would have a simple fields (title, description, price, and image) where I can change the formatting of the different fields through the style.css sheet. The field names themselves wouldn't have to show. If the fields could have custom taxonomies, that would be even better!
Thanks.
'GD Taxonomies Tools' plugin is now called 'GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools' and it implements support for Custom Post Types. But, since that's added in WordPress 3.0, you need to either use latest beta or wait for final release of WP 3.0.
Thank you so much. Finally wordpress has that. I have been going nuts with this for more than a month now and still haven't managed to find the right solution for what I wanted to do. And since I am not a programmer I had to use others plugins.
I will probably give WP 3.0 a try, otherwise when WordPress 3.0 comes out and I don't need the plugin anymore I problably will not be able to let go of the plguin without loosing all my Post and pages created with the plugin, right? Or is there any way to later integrate those Posts created with the plugin with the Custom Post type in WordPress 3.0?
My GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools is only interface for Custom Posts and Taxonomies. For that to work you must use WordPress 3.0, because it wasn't implemented before. If you use my plugin with older versions of WP you will not be able to created custom post types. WP 3.0 implements custom posts, but setting new custom post type requires adding code to theme/plugin to do that, my plugin is easy to use interface allowing you to easy create new types.
Ok, thanks. I' will try installing WP 3.0 to use the plugin.
