Hello,
I'm using GD Star Rating 1.9.6 but I'm having a weird text under the description of my post in the newsletter: VN:F [1.9.6_1107]. Below of the text there is the "please wait ..." stuck and under this the "Rating: 0.0/5 (0 votes cast)".
How can I disable all of these for the newsletters??

Plugin is not adding code into feeds, or search results. But, in your case I have no idea how do you get content for the newsletter, and I tried to covered many ways of preventing adding the code where it will not be needed.
Plugin auto insert is attaching rating code to post content, and you need to prevent that. Best solution in your case (depending on how that works for you now), is to disable auto inserting of rating code, and add functions into the theme, and avoid auto insert issues you have due to specific way you get the content from post.
