I'm having a hard time with this one. After all the documents, tutorials and checks, multis stil don't appear.
The normal rating post displays ok.
I've created a multi Set and on one article I created the sevral ratings for each of the five categories. I can see in debug.txt that the insert commands were issued to the db and the values are there.
However, inserting the shortcode [starratingmulti id="x"] on the page does not render the block.
The shortcode is removed from the html source sent to the browser. Parsing of post content is happening. No call is issued to the Db and render_multi_rating() function is not called at all (I've inserted a debug cmd there and nothing is written.
Is the multi ratings feature active? Check the settings page for this.
I have a problem, too, with multi-ratings, though not the same.
My Mult-Ratings Feature is rendered properly on the page or post, but the votes are not saved or tallied:

Hi,
I have a simular problem here 'error with multi-rating votes'. I can't find the answer in the GD Star Rating manual, forum or user guide. Can someone help?
I use a standard blogtheme, GD Star Rating 1.1.8, method = shortcode [starratingmulti id=1] and no other plugins installed and stil have the problem.

?? strange thing is that with FileZilla i can't access the folder "wp-content/gd-star-rating/" on my server
