   Hi,

   I'd like to use your plugin to rate comments only for a photo captions contest site and was wondering if deleting comments after the contest deadline is over also deletes those comments' ratings from the DB to avoid bloat?

   Yes it does. There are known problems with WordPress 2.7 and 2.8 when deleting comments, in some cases delete actions wasn't run and plugin wasn't getting info to delete ratings, but with WP 2.9 and 3.0 is all OK as far as I know.
