   Hi,
   I have been trying to figure out how to disable the rating pannels on the post writing page. I have tried the settings method (moving the config out of the folder and playing around with the settings) but have had no success. Any advice?

   These are the pannels im referring to: http://prntscr.com/so1s and http://prntscr.com/so1v

   There are options for that on plugin Settings panel, Integration to disable it.
