   There seems to be a compatibility issue with gravity forms plugin. Every time I use conditional logic with gravity forms the form goes blank. When I deactivate GD star rating then the form works as expected.

   The console error message says "gdsr_cnst_cache is not defined".

   Yeah, this is known bug, but it's not usually these severe. Updated plugin coming next week.

   I didn't have any problem until I tried to use the conditional logic of gravity forms. Thanks for looking into it.

   This bug still exists and this thread is 12 months old? hmm....
