[Plugin: GC Testimonials] exclude results from searches

    Another thing I was wondering about…
    Is there a simple way to exclude testimonial posts from appearing in search results. Our site is set up such that search results only produce regular posts in the results – no pages. Likewise, I’d like to exclude the testimonials from search results. Currently I’m adding each testimonial ID to an exclude function in my functions.php file, but it’s a bit tedious to do that everytime. Thanks.

    I had not actually thought of this, thanks for mentioning it. I will look into adding this functionality in a future release.

    Thanks. It will make a difference, as some sites use the common post type as a product and styled differently from commons posts, as we do. Testimonials showing up in product searches can be confusing.
    Great plugin, though. Kudos.
