   The plugin doesn't shows the registration form. On the backend, even though I click on 'Default' button, I get nothing.
   I even removed all the plugin options from the DB (using clean options plugin), but nothing works.

   Any tips/tricks?

   I had this problem because my page template used "wp_the_excerpt" and not "wp_the_content"
   Check it and mybe it will solve your problem.
