[Plugin: G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager] conflicting with other plugins – help please

G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager was one of the first plugins I isntalled on my site and it worked fine. Now that I am almost done with my site, the plugin stopped working. My guess it is conflicting with another plugin I have installed.

Here are the problems I am having:
1- when clicking the subscribe button a blank page appears and no emails are sent to the subscriber. However the subscriber appears on my admin panel as unconfirmed.

2- the test emails don’t work. The image spins and spins and nothing happens.
