[Plugin: G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager] Change page template to avoid conflicts with other plugins

    Hello,
    I noticed G-Lock uses fake page to render the action pages.

    How can we define a different page template than the “default” in fakepage?

    I have other templates that would be more appropriate and wouldn’t mind hard coding it…
