This is a great extension, I'm loving it!
One thing I'd like to see added would be a simple markup to easily embed this plug-in into ordinary wWrdpress pages or posts, effectively making it 10x more accessible to web novices such as myself.
An example would be this contact form:

Oh, my apologies, seems this feature is already in, thanks! Just a little confusing that I had to check out your own site to retrieve this piece of information.
It would however still be really nice if I had a bit more opportunity for customization, e.g. changing the size of the description box.
