Calender list not working (14 posts)

    Hi,

Is option [ftcalendar_list] only working in premium version?

Because I have the free version and try to publish it on a page, but nothing happens..

    The code I use: [ftcalendar_list calendars='public'].
So I expect the public calendar to appear on a page.

    Regards, Guido

[ftcalendar_list] works in the free version too... what version of WordPress are you using?

    Hi layotte,

I use most recent and previous version of WordPress.

Regular calendar [ftcalendar calendars='public'] works just fine, so my theme might be the problem...?

check the HTML tab for the page you have the ftcalendar list shortcode on, make sure there isn't any weird HTML around the shortcode that might be interfering with the code.

    Hi layotte,

Shortcode on empty page: still no calendar list.

So I adjusted the regular (full) calendar (witdh and height) and that went wrong too. So I think I have to try another theme :-(

Curious, what theme are you using?

I use this theme at the moment:
    http://churchthemes.net/themes/trinity/

(not a theme from the WordPress theme page)

    Hi Guys!
I've the same problem, with twentyeleven child theme...
    Any suggestions?

It sounds like it might be a different problem altogether. I tried the Trinity theme above and it worked fine for me, and all of our normal development is done on TwentyEleven.

It's either a problem with PHP, a plugin conflict, or perhaps a memory issue. Try disabling all other plugins to see if it causes a problem. Also, do you see any errors in your web logs?

    Thanks!
It could be a conflict with User Access Manager actually.
I'm doing some testing. I'll let you know...

    Hmmm, I use UAM too!
And I like it... so don't want to replace it with something else.
So I hope you are wrong Igor ;-).

I just installed and activated UAM, but the shortcode seems to still be working for me. Unless there is some settings conflicting... it is odd that both of you are having this problem and both are using the same plugin.

I like UAM also and I won't replace it.
But perhaps there's a solution. I've tried this and it seems to work: I've deactivated UAM, inserted the FT calendar shortcode, then I've reactivated UAM.
    Can you confirm that?

Nope... I did the same thing but nothing happens.

So I tried another theme + UAM + [ftcalendar_list] and it's working ok.

    So where's the bug?
It might be another plugin... But I am using like 8 another plugins :-(

    Guido
