The update made one of my posts (I didn't check the others) uneditable through the normal admin interface. I'd click edit and I'd get a blank page. Turning off FEE made everything work again.

Please add this line to wp-config.php and tell me the error you get when trying to access the edit screen:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
