I use quick cache on a wpmu install. Normally quick cache clears cache automatically on page edits but not so with FEE. Is there a cache plugin you recommend in conjunction with FEE that would auto clear cache when edits have been made?

I'm not sure why Quick Cache wouldn't work, since FEE internally uses the same function that WordPress uses in the admin to save posts.
To answer your question, no I don't have a caching plugin to recommend using with FEE.
