I just tried the fresh-page .13 plugin in WP 2.6 and got the same error
Warning: unserialize() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /xx/xx/xx/xx/wp-content/plugins/fresh-page/RCCWP_Options.php on line 24
Any help?
@pspeed: The post did refer specifically to 0.13 version. Unfortunately the one on their WP page hasn’t been updated, but you can download what looks like the updated version (0.14) from their own website:

Thanks for your help mosey. Looks like they have renamed it Flutter.
Tried upgrading to Flutter after receiving the error notice above.
Does remove the error, but the custom fields I specified for my write panels don’t show up anymore.
When trying to add a module, error message saying Flutter/RCCWP_Menu.php?page=Flutter/RCCWP_Menu.php can’t be loaded
I tryed to install flutter in the 2.6 v. wordpress and I get this message:
