[Plugin: Forums] Cannot create temporary file

    Hi!
    I have downloaded the Zingiri Forum and try to install it. When I click the “install” button at the configuration page, it gave me “Cannot create temporary file”.
    I check the “readme.txt” file and looks like it will try to create a “/zingiri-forum/cache” directory and may write something in there. So, I manually created the directory. However, it needs me to assign chmod 777 to that directory and I am currently using a Windows IIS server.

    May I know how can I perform the chmod777? Perform to which directory? On which user name inside the security tab of that directory?

    Please kindly help.
